NucMatics develops digital and hardware products in the field of nuclear medicine, aimed at significantly improving the efficiency of the field. Currently, we are working on the development of MatX-Soft software, a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) designed for the digitalization and automation of Nuclear Medicine Centers workflow. This software is intended to simplify and enhance the operations of radioisotopes production and application by providing comprehensive management and automation of laboratory and medical information. In addition to this digital product, we also develop hardware products, which are described in more detail below.
The MatX-Soft team creates a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for digitalization and automation of Nuclear Medicine Centers workflow, which provides multi-functional software for solving specific problems of Nuclear Medicine Centers. It contains a number of modules, some of which are notable
Together with MatX-Soft
you will significantly improve the management of your center
NucMatics is a Start-up which develops the following products
NucMatics has developed MatX-Soft, a software solution designed to digitalize and automate the entire process of radioisotope production and application for your company. It includes a range of modules aimed at simplifying and significantly enhancing the efficiency of your team’s operations.
Alongside the development of a software, our start-up team is creating the MatX-Bot robot, designed for use in nuclear medicine. Specifically, it can handle radioactive materials in place of personnel, thereby reducing radiation exposure. Staff working with radioactive materials are exposed to a certain level of radiation, which is both hazardous and undesirable. As out team members actively working in the field of nuclear medicine, we have frequently encountered the issue of radiation exposure. This inspired the idea to develop a robot that minimizes the risks associated with radiation exposure.
Our product line is not limited to this. Patients who have been administrated radioactive sources often spend some time in hospitals due to the fact that they continue to emit radiation for a certain period. To address this, we are developing a robot that can interact with these patients instead of medical staff, such as delivering food or medication to them. Currently, the development of this new robot product is in the conceptual stage.
Our company, as a startup, has been awarded a grant in the "From Idea to Business" program organized by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia. Our team highly values the government support provided to startup companies, which boosts the development of science and technology. Special thanks to the organizing members of the competition.
Our team includes specialists in the field of nuclear medicine who develop software and hardware products based on their professional experience.
Gurgen Elbakyan is the founder and CEO of NucMatics, a nuclear medicine physicist with approximately 10 years of experience in isotope production and the operation of equipment in this field. During this time, the idea emerged to develop software for automating the processes of radioisotopes production and application, as well as hardware equipment used in the industry.
David Melikyan is a specialist in applied mathematics and informatics, currently working as a backend developer. He has extensive experience in developing web-based platforms, including those in the medical field. He is applying his expertise to the development of the MatX-Soft software.
Sargis Tadevosyan is our hardware product design engineer with approximately 5 years of experience in design. Throughout his career, he has developed over 10 different robots and equipment, most of which are already in operation. In this project, Sargis has successfully completed the design work for MatX-Bot using SolidWorks software and has also 3D-printed the robot's components.
